Developing a Green Building Strategy for all commercial, institutional, mixed-use and high density residential buildings Green building priorities: energy efficiency, water management, green roofs, waste management, landscape design standards, construction site management Strategies: LEED dedicated path, Green building baseline with LEED parallel Sustainability Precinct Plan: Proposed to include Southeast False Creek, ODP including Olympic Athlete’s Village, North False Creek including Concord Cooper’s Lookout, Plaza of Nations, BCPED/Indy Park, False Creek Flats including proposed Providence Health Care site & Great Northern Way campus.
